About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational backbone of the organization, including supply chain and pharmacy operations, clinical operations, customer experience, and company infrastructure. This role demands an individual with a strong background in building systems, scaling teams, and driving measurable business outcomes, particularly in a high-growth, venture-backed digital health, telehealth, or consumer wellness environment. The COO will work closely with the CEO and other leaders to ensure the company's strategy is effectively executed, and that the business scales efficiently and compliantly.

Key responsibilities for the COO at the company include overseeing the end-to-end supply chain, managing relationships with various partners, and driving cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulations. In clinical operations, the COO will lead in partnership with the Medical Director, focusing on provider scheduling, documentation standards, and quality metrics. The role also involves managing the customer support organization, improving customer experience, and translating feedback into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling operations, be familiar with regulatory compliance in a healthcare or related industry, and possess strong analytical and leadership skills. A background in pharmacy acquisition or compounding operations is a bonus.
