Join Corus Home Health in Albuquerque, where your skills as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) help patients heal at home, regain independence, and stay connected to the life they love. As part of a collaborative, tight-knit team, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the Albuquerque metro and surrounding counties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy treatments as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist
- Support individualized care plans and track patient progress toward functional goals
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and home safety
- Communicate observations clearly with supervising PT and interdisciplinary team
- Document all visits and care provided in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
- Travel to patient homes throughout the service area (mileage reimbursed)
- Participate in team meetings, care planning, and ongoing education
- Uphold agency standards for compassionate, respectful, and compliant care
