Operations Specialist

Full Time Position but could be part-time for the right candidate. There is flexibility in creating a work schedule for the right person but does include working a five day schedule, Monday-Friday.
The right person is an experienced, hands-on Operations Specialist who will :
This person must be flexible, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with members and with numbers. No two days will be the same!
Requirements : minimum 2 years work experience, credit union / bank / financial institution preferred, general knowledge of loan products, high school diploma / equivalent. Experience in a bank or credit union as a teller, operations specialist, service rep or customer service in a retail environment preferred . We think this is a unique job for a unique candidate whose skills are well-rounded, who understands the complexities of working in a small organization, and whose passion is providing accurate and outstanding service! While we love sales, we start with service.
