Position Overview

The Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician plays a critical role in diagnosing advanced vehicle concerns performing complex repairs and ensuring that every Toyota meets Wondries Toyotas high service standards. Youll work with cutting-edge Toyota technology support fellow technicians and uphold the quality and integrity our dealership is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct expert-level diagnostics using Toyotafactory-approved equipment

Diagnose and repair complex electrical hybrid drivability and mechanical issues

Perform high-level repairs in alignment with Toyota and Wondries Toyota standards

Assist and mentor other technicians with difficult or unfamiliar diagnostic procedures

Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding recommended repairs timelines and findings

Document all repair activities thoroughly and accurately

Stay current with Toyota classes certification requirements and technical bulletins

Maintain a safe clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician Certification (Required)

Toyota or equivalent brand experience

Strong expertise in Toyota hybrid systems electrical systems safety systems and advanced diagnostics

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced dealership environment
