The Database Administrator / Clinical Coordinator will serve as the site administrator for multiple hospital databases and programs, including but not limited to policy & procedures and contract origination through the USPI / Tenet eRFA portal. Responsibilities include database maintenance, tracking / trending of contracts, report generation, staff training, and end user support. Other responsibilities include supporting the CNO by performing diversified, responsible, and confidential duties.
Required Skills
- High School graduate with some college preferred.
- Demonstrates proficient use of Microsoft Office, and multiple software systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.
- Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Possess the ability to deal tactfully with department heads as well as with visitors.
- Must possess the ability to prioritize responsibilities and have the ability to make independent decisions, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
