Join our dynamic team as a Lab Technician, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our lab operations. Utilize your technical skills in a state-of-the-art facility and collaborate closely with engineers to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities

• Change outlets and perform simple plumbing tasks.
• Build test fixtures in collaboration with engineers.
• Document findings and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
• Conduct validation testing as required.
• Troubleshoot lab and testing equipment.
• Utilize mechanical and technical aptitude for problem-solving.
• Work with schematics, blueprints, and electrical components.

Work Environment

Enjoy working in a beautiful, brand-new facility located in Carlsbad, featuring a collaborative team environment. Our lab consists of 15 engineers, but we are seeking to add electronics specialists. Experience a flexible 9 / 80 work schedule, granting you every other Friday off. Our facility includes an on-site self-service café, free gourmet coffee stations, and a company-sponsored fun events. Stay active with access to an on-site gym, ping-pong, foosball, outdoor bocce ball court, BBQ, and firepit. Work hours are from 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM, with flexible start times between 6 : 30-8 : 30 AM. While performing job duties, you'll be required to stand, walk, handle objects, and lift equipment. Vision abilities such as close vision, color distinction, depth perception, and focus adjustment are needed. A sense of smell to detect gas or harmful vapors is essential. Limited travel may be required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr.
