Transactional Attorney

Nutex Health is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable

• Transactional Attorney
• to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to transactional or healthcare law. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, legal research capabilities, and the ability to draft legal documents effectively.
• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reviewing / revising various types of contracts that are presented to the Company on both the Facility / Subsidiary and Corporate levels with attention to :

o Compliance with federal and state regulations.

o Identification and reduction of potential risks.

o Analysis of terms and conditions to ensure conformity with Corporate policies and procedures.

• Monitoring case law, rules and regulations that could affect the Companys overall business goals and activities.
• Drafting of operational agreements, professional provider contracts, and various vendor contracts.
• Assist with drafting and review / revising of agreements relative to marketing endeavors on the facility and Corporate level.
• Assist Human Resource with employment matters.
• Assist the accounting and finance departments as needed and for purposes of Company audits.
• Work directly with facilities on various matters.
• Assist as needed on any outside litigation matters.
• Qualifications
• Graduate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in relevant practice areas such as transactional or healthcare.
• Licensed in the state of Texas; or obtaining licensure within 6 months of hire.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
