This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely part of the week.

We're seeking a passionate and strategic HR Specialist to support and lead organizational training and development initiatives. This role will play a key part in shaping learning experiences, driving employee growth, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and manage training programs that support employee development, leadership growth, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess learning needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Support performance management and talent development strategies aligned with Epson's business goals.
• Facilitate workshops, onboarding programs, and learning events that reflect Epson's values and culture.
• Design, implement, and manage training programs that support employee development, leadership growth, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead culture-building initiatives that foster inclusion, engagement, and alignment with Epson's values.
• Lead the employee experience survey process, including strategy, execution, and action planning.
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning initiatives and measure success
• Oversee mentorship programs that connect employees across levels and functions to promote learning and collaboration
• Champion employee recognition and development programs that celebrate contributions and support career growth.
• Drive sustainability and community engagement efforts, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to make a meaningful impact.

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $73,114 and $91,391 . Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as : training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
