As a Professional Cleaner, you will play a critical role in preparing vacant apartments for new residents across large multi-family communities. You'll ensure every unit is spotless, sanitized, and move-in ready - exceeding the expectations of our property management partners. Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms in vacant apartments.- Clean and sanitize appliances, countertops, cabinets, sinks, tubs, toilets, showers, and fixtures.- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors as needed.- Dust and wipe down baseboards, doors, trim, windows, and other surfaces.- Remove debris or dust left behind from repairs or painting.- Meet Nuveldy's strict move-in ready standards to ensure complete client satisfaction.- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily assignments. Qualifications- 4+ years of professional cleaning experience preferred.- Must be authorized to work in the Ability to speak and understand English.- Excellent attention to detail and dedication to delivering quality work.- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license (required).- Coachable, respectful, and able to work independently or with a team.- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks thoroughly.
