Position Title : Family Medicine Physician (IM / Peds)

Location : 2890 Main St, Stratford, CT

Work Schedule : M-F, flexible 4 day schedules available, very light / shared call

Scheduled Hours : 40, 36 clinical / 4 admin

Position Type : FTE

EMR System : EPIC
