Smithco Services is looking to fill a HVAC Lead Installer position. You must have at least 4 years experience working for a company installing air conditioning systems. Be a part of a technician friendly company offering great pay, full benefits, tremendous field support, industry growth and a long term solution to your career! Company vehicle is issued to licensed drivers with a clean driving record. Great wages paid based on experience and abilities!

Responsibilities :

  • Install Residential / Commercial HVAC, Ice Machines and Refrigeration systems
  • No On-Call duties required with Install position
  • Be quality minded with a desire to do the job right
  • Some weekend / night jobs available occasionally for extra pay
  • Adhere to all safety policies and company procedures

Qualifications :

  • Previous field experience working as an HVAC Installer for at least 4 years with the ability to install air handlers and condensers. Commercial experience is big plus.
  • Refrigeration or Ice Machine knowledge is a big plus and increases your compensation
  • Ductwork experience preferably
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong ability to solve problems
  • Must have industry tools of an Installer
  • Must have a clean driving record and background
