Sr. Full-Stack Developer

We are an interdisciplinary team of designers, developers, AV engineers, and technologists who come together to deliver immersive spaces and moments for the world's leading brands. Our work sets new benchmarks. We work with clients to help translate and tell their stories, and to design systems and journeys that solve key business problems, in-situ and at scale. Mission

The Downstream CMS Team’s Senior Full-Stack Developer drives technical excellence across the team. The mission is to radically simplify the application and lay the cultural and technical foundation of our zero-defect methodology in 2026.

Outcomes

• Transition Bridge to a zero-defect development methodology in the first 6

Achieve a defect rate of less than 25 per 1,000 lines of code across authored and approved code.
