Job Description
Primary Function
To provide expert customer service to both the property owner and tenant through the support and execution of select leasing and inspection processes.
Principal Responsibilities
Manage the following Aspects of Select Maintenance Business Processes
- Coordinate and Perform Periodic Inspections
- New property inspections
- Perform Move In / Move Out Inspections and Document Condition
- Perform quality control follow-up
- Perform Property Onboarding Inspections
- Attend Borough Inspections
Manage Aspects of Select Property Management Business Processes
Put up / Take down signs at PropertiesManage Lockboxes at PropertiesManage Master Key SystemTake Marketing Photos ( as needed ) (great picture taking is a must!)Manage Violation and other Notices (occasionally representing us in court)Perform Health / Safety Checks at PropertiesLeadership
Develop working relationships and integrate with the internal teamBusiness Metrics
Meet / exceed individual and departmental top-line sales tasks related to periodic walkthroughsContribute to property management and maintenance metricsExperience Requirements
Possess and maintain a valid driver's licenseRemain eligible for company vehicle insuranceMaintains current safety / emissions on your vehicleStrong critical thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCustomer service orientedUnderstand laws / statutes related to the positionDependableOther Details
Opportunity to grow within the companyJob is about 20-30 hours a week. But varies week to week. Full time possible in the future.Flexible hours (including weekends)Must have own vehicle with car insuranceWe reimburse for mileage / gas20-23 / hr based on experienceWe reimburse for gas based on the IRS mileage rate (currently 70 cents per mile).
