Director System Business Ops - Perioperative Services Summary :

• Leads and oversees the financial planning for Perioperative Services across the health system.
• Responsible for maximizing revenue, operational efficiency, operating room surgical and procedural scheduling, capital planning, staff schedule optimization and staff productivity.
• Provides analysis, direction and oversight within Perioperative Services to include Sterile Processing in developing, implementing and monitoring strategic and operational long-term and short-term financial planning, forecasting and optimization of resources.
• Identifies opportunities and leads in implementing performance improvement
