Associate Attorney

Erskine Law Group, a well-established litigation defense firm, is currently seeking a full-time litigation attorney for its office in central Orange County to manage all aspects of Superior Court cases on behalf of Fortune 500 companies.

The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.

The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience, but all candidates will be considered. The candidate must also be an initiative-taking self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must also have the ability to work independently and in group settings, and meet the following criteria :

• Must be an active member in good standing with the California Bar
• Have excellent communication, analytical and writing skills
• Have excellent client relations
• Proficiency with cloud-based applications is required
