As an Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) at Interim HealthCare, you will conduct home visits to assess and care for patients in their own environments. This full-time role allows for independence and flexibility while being part of a supportive interdisciplinary team. Admissions (Start of Care / SOC Visit) Registered Nurse | The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for completing admissions and / or visits for our Home Care team. Enjoy independence and flexibility in the field to visit patients one on one in their home setting.

Hours : Full-time - Days | Friday - Monday. Work 32 hours per week, but get paid for 40!
