Your Impact as Executive Assistant to the CEO
As the CEO's primary strategic partner, you will :
Manage and prioritize a highly complex executive calendar, meetings, and travel
Serve as the main point of contact for all communications directed to the CEO
Prepare briefing materials, agendas, talking points, and follow-up action items
Coordinate communication between the CEO, executive leadership, board members, and key stakeholders
Support preparation for board meetings, strategy sessions, and executive presentations
Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution of commitments
Assist with confidential matters requiring exceptional judgment and discretion
Organize executive events, leadership meetings, and corporate engagements
Support internal cultural initiatives, recognition programs, and communication efforts
Anticipate needs and proactively streamline workflows for maximum CEO effectiveness
What the Company Needs in an Executive Assistant to the CEO
Required :
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
10+ years supporting C-suite executives (Chief Executive, President, or equivalent)
Experience managing communications and logistics for a Board of Directors
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities with urgency, diplomacy, and confidentiality
High emotional intelligence and executive presence
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and modern collaboration tools
Ability to work onsite in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
Preferred :
Experience in hospitality, real estate, travel, or a multi-location corporate environment
Experience supporting executives in a large, complex organizational structure
