Senior Estimator

A company is looking for a Senior Estimator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Review project plans and prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing

Prepare detailed estimates and analyze completed projects for budget variances

Supervise estimating staff and facilitate communication between various teams

Required Qualifications

Construction Management or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years of estimating or related experience, with 3 years as an Estimator preferred

Working knowledge of construction costs and principles

Solar industry experience is desired

Strong background in the use of Excel spreadsheets
