Join our dynamic scheduling team and play a vital role in patient care! In this position, you'll coordinate the next steps for patients by phone or in person, work closely with physicians to optimize surgery schedules, and maintain strong relationships with community hospitals to ensure seamless surgical planning. You'll leverage our Electronic Medical Records system to match physician availability with patient preferences, making a direct impact on patient experience and operational efficiency.

A Day in the Life

Communicate with patients in person or by phone to schedule the next step in their patient care;

Communicate with physicians to effectively schedule surgeries and maximize the amount of surgeries in the operating room;

Communicate with community hospitals and maintain relationships to be able to schedule surgeries at their respective locations;

Use Electronic Medical Records system to match physician availability with patient's preferences to successfully schedule patients' surgeries appointments.
