Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Proficient in Client Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams)
• Experience in recruitment processes and candidate tracking
• Support interview coordination and maintain accurate staffing documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
