Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Review RFQ and customer technical requirements
Request missing information from customer directly or through sales account managerForward customer specification to engineering for reviewDevelop RFQs for non Heller equipment quotesVendor Quote Process (See Below)Process the project being quotedCreate fixture layout
Create time studyCreate process overviewCreate system layoutCreate machine configurationSupport review of tolerance analysis and capability requirementsReview and approve processing with proposal engineering managerReview processing with customerUpdate processing based on vendor quotes and customerLine up estimator and planner to quote and create scheduleCreate proposal TOC and distributeInitiate proposal packageApprove estimate contentPerform technical and commercial review of proposal documentMake appropriate updates to proposal documentVendor QuoteDetermine proposal items to be quoted (automation, ancillary equipment, fixtures, tooling, etc.)
Prepare appropriate RFQ documents and attachmentsLine up suppliers in order to properly quote proposal items.Coordinate with information with estimator purchasing managerReview technical content of vendor quotesScheduling (Proposal)Complete and submit request for schedule to planner.
Kickoff ProcessPerform technical match between Customer PO and Heller proposal

Minimum 4 year technical degree.Minimum 5 years automotive and machine tool experience.Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
