Loss Prevention / Security Lead Officer

As a Loss Prevention / Security Lead Officer, you play an integral part in creating an environment that is safe and comfortable for our guests and associates, as well as detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other unlawful behavior.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Monitor hotel security by patrolling premises, reviewing surveillance footage, and responding promptly to emergencies, and suspicious activities.
• Enforce policies and procedures, including safety checks, ID verification, and compliance with OSHA and brand standards.
• Complete incident reports, including investigating security issues, handling guest disputes, and documenting detailed reports and logs.
• Oversee Lost and Found operations and ensure accurate record-keeping through systems like Charger-back.
• Guide staff on emergency procedures, security protocols, and customer service during high-stress situations.
• Support hotel operations, assisting front desk, bell staff, and transporting guests as needed while maintaining high guest service standards.
• Participate in safety initiatives, inspections, audits, and meetings to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
