• Monitor aging reports and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to payments or accounts.
• Prepare accurate reports on receivables status for management review.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing questions and streamline processes.
• Assist with month-end close and audit support as needed.
