Your Responsibilities :

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for optimal patient care and utilize aseptic techniques.
• Prepare surgical materials, supplies, and equipment, anticipating the needs of the surgical team.
• Set up the operating room, ensuring safety and efficiency by managing equipment and supplies.
• Assist as a Second Assistant in procedures as required.
• Transport patients and maintain specialty carts to ensure readiness for operations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of patient care specific to their age group and developmental needs.

Qualifications :

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 6 months of hire, unless otherwise determined.
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program is mandatory.
• No prior experience is required, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity!

Physical Requirements : Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and comply with safety protocols including the use of protective gear.
