Talent Acquisition Manager

Our client is a well-established, global company operating in the manufacturing sector. They are looking for a Global TA Manager who is market-savvy and has experience in manufacturing or adjacent industries. This role will manage a recruiting team, so leadership experience is a must. Qualified candidates will also have stakeholder management skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills, and exceptional communication capabilities. Qualified candidates MUST HAVE : the ability to go on-site in Paramus full-time; prior experience leading a team; prior experience recruiting in manufacturing or similar industries.

Job Description

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruiting channels and tools to source top talent.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
