Make a Difference
The Supervisor of Patient Accounts-Trainer for Community Home Medical Equipment - Training will create, implement and maintain training curriculum and materials. This position will also be responsible for coordinating, developing and implementing Revenue Cycle communication materials. HME / DME Supervisor of Training will be a knowledgeable authority, sourcing subject matter experts as needed. Proficiency required in workflows, policies and procedures, able to learn new product line and insurance qualification requirements as needed as well as possessing adult teaching techniques. Must demonstrate a dynamic presentation style, professionalism, and troubleshooting capabilities. Works closely with Rev Cycle and other CHME / DME Leadership to communicate consistent messages to end users. Displays a personal passion for educating others, creates an engaging learning environment and enhances the end user learning experience through creativity, enthusiasm and high energy. Facilitates end user adoption of software technologies (Brightree and EPIC). Able to quickly learn education content. Is able to embrace change and remain flexible in an ever-changing environment.
The CHME Supervisor of Training should have a solid background of teaching / education preparation and presentation and should prepare to present an example of these skills during the interview.

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others, deliver engaging education / training to adult learners, have exceptional communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
The Supervisor will work a hybrid schedule, with the expectation of working on-site as needed at 9894 E 121st Street, Fishers, IN 46038.
