Position Details : This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m., with frequent afternoon and early evening hours (3 : 00 p.m. - 7 : 00 p.m.) to accommodate families after the school day. The role also includes participation in the rotating on-call support schedule.
Location : Community-based in the Winston-Salem area
Your Role in Our Mission
The Family Partner uses lived experience raising a child with behavioral health needs to provide one-on-one, strengths-based support to families. As a key member of the Child and Family Team (CFT), the Family Partner empowers caregivers to advocate for themselves, navigate services, and build resiliency. This role involves mentoring families, supporting care coordination, connecting them to community resources, and promoting positive outcomes through collaborative, family-driven planning.
