URGENTLY HIRING

As a Call Center Rep , you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates must have a stable work history.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), familiarity with CRM systems, and other business software.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of calls / emails while maintaining professionalism.
  • Basic math skills for quoting, pricing, and related tasks.

Schedule :

  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (in office)
