Lingo Staffing is looking to hire 2nd and 3rd shift Machine Line Operators for a fabrication manufacturing company located in West Haven, CT!!

• PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING :
• EMPLOYEES MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN FULL TIME ON 1ST SHIFT BEFORE SWITCHING TO 2ND OR 3RD SHIFT
• TRAINING CAN TAKE 6+ MONTHS
• Training hours : 10 : 30am-7pm Monday-Friday

2nd shift hours : 3pm-11 : 30pm Monday-Friday

3rd shift hours : 11pm-7 : 30am Monday-Friday

The responsibilities of the Machine Line Operators are :

Set up, operate, and monitor production line machinery and equipment.

Ensure machines are working at full capacity and maintained properly.

Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure functionality and safety.

Load raw materials and components into machines and unload finished products.

Inspect products for quality, ensuring they meet company and customer specifications.

Record production data such as quantity, weight, and machine performance.

Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and report malfunctions to the maintenance or supervisory team.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations at all times.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

The requirements of the Machine Line Operators are :

Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role.

Ability to read and interpret production instructions, schematics, or manuals.

Mechanically inclined with good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime, as required.

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to operate a forklift - Certification a plus
