Technical Service Representative (Liquid UV Flexo ink)

This role offers a starting range of $76000 to $100000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience education certifications and skills as well as geographic considerations.

We are seeking a Technical Service Representative (Liquid UV Flexo) to work with us and be point person for a key customer. This person will report to the Technical Service Director for performance of assigned functions. Time will be spent performing technical service at inplants and customer locations. Travel domestically up to 50%. As a Technical Service Representative you will be responsible for :

• Performing color matching and completing drawdown requests
• Managing color / standard database
• Communicating with the customer on color match and technical requests
• Performing lab functions when working out of the lab
• Performing Technical Service at customer locations
• Controlling Work-off press-side technical support housekeeping and monthly reporting
• Handling Inventory management and record-keeping
• Following all safety requirements
• Dispensing inks performing color matches supporting / training ink room staff
