To be considered for this role, you must be an exceptional clinician paired with respected academic leadership, capable of developing competitive programs while fostering a culture of accountability. An MD or MD / PhD is essential, alongside board certification in Otolaryngology and ongoing engagement in clinical practice. Additionally, an advanced degree in healthcare or business is preferred, with eligibility for academic appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor level.
Key responsibilities include operational leadership aimed at expanding integrated patient-centered Clinical Programs, proactively strategizing to enhance access and quality of care, and motivating faculty to progress in their careers.
