Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard costs for materials labor and manufacturing overhead.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
• Perform detailed variance analysis identifying root causes for discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
• Manage inventory valuation including work-in-process and finished goods ensuring accuracy and proper accounting.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts related to production costs.
• Identify and recommend cost reduction opportunities and process improvements within manufacturing operations.
• Support month-end close activities including journal entries for cost of goods sold and inventory adjustments.
