Residential HVAC Technician

CABS Heating & Air Conditioning , a prominent leader in the heating and cooling trade, is hiring a full-time Residential HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain clients' systems throughout West Sacramento, CA and the surrounding areas. Must-Haves :

• Ability to work anytime during our operating hours of Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am - 7 : 00 pm
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed
• 1+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems
• EPA certification
• Strong knowledge of heating and cooling equipment, controls, and diagnostics
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment
• Positive attitude with professional communication and customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to serve the greater Sacramento area

Ideally, we'd prefer that our Residential HVAC Technician has 5 years of experience, is NATE certified, and is experienced using ServiceTitan and Google Suite.

Your Day as our Residential HVAC Technician :

You'll be responsible for visiting customers' homes, completing top-notch repairs and diagnostics, and delivering excellent customer service while complying with all policies, regulations, and quality standards. You'll work on heating and cooling systems and related equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning systems. By diagnosing problems, performing seasonal tune-ups and routine maintenance, and completing accurate repairs, you'll get the equipment in peak operating order. You'll professionally interact with clients, explain service options, answer questions, document your work, and promptly submit paperwork.
