GTS is currently growing and looking for a Team Lead, Core Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of core software systems, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with technical and business requirements.
• Oversee the customization and enhancement of applications and internal tools to improve performance, user experience, and operational workflows.
• Guide feasibility assessments and solution architecture using scientific analysis and modeling to predict system behavior and outcomes.
• Direct software deployment, testing, and validation processes, while establishing documentation standards and ensuring system compliance.
• Mentor cross-functional teams, coordinate efforts across development cycles, and ensure alignment with strategic technology objectives.
• Evaluate infrastructure and system requirements-including cost, security, and performance-to inform hardware and configuration decisions.

In accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is $190,000 to $240,000. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
