UC Administrator

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a UC Administrator to support a large mission-critical federal program out of the Phoenix, AZ area. This role is fully on-site and requires Active TS / SCI Clearance. Responsibilities of the UC Administrator include :

  • Design and implement enterprise-grade UC solutions, including VoIP and cloud-based platforms
  • Manage upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for Cisco UC systems (CUCM) and related infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and lead efforts to improve system reliability and user experience

Qualifications of the UC Administrator include :

  • 5+ years of experience working in a UC environment, specializing in Cisco Call Center Manager (CUCM)
  • Experience with IAVA patches / patches to Cisco Call Manager
  • IAT Level II Certification (Required)
  • CCNA Certification & ITIL v4 Foundations (strongly preferred)
  • 50% CONUS & OCONUS travel
  • Must have an active TS / SCI Clearance (required) & ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph

    • Compensation of the UC Administrator includes :

  • Salary : Between $130,000 - $150,000 annually
  • Commensurate of experience
