About the Role :

Halo is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to serve as the Sales Operations this role you will be responsible for improving core sales processes driving operational efficiency and providing data-driven insights to leadership. The ideal candidate has experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM systems such as Salesforce) and AI tools and will improve processes to ensure the sales organization is operating at maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for day-to-day sales operations including data management process execution analysis and reporting.
• Using sales performance data will identify trends opportunities for improvement and potential risks in the sales pipeline and execution model.
• Develop manage and distribute accurate sales reports and dashboards to track key metrics (e.g. pipeline health conversion rates cycle time).
• Manage and maintain Halos CRM system (Salesforce) ensuring data integrity hygiene and accurate representation of the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Finance to provide data for sales forecasting inputs to support financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Administer and refine sales supporting functions such as quota setting and territory alignment.
• Collaborate with the sales team leaders to document and refine sales processes to help improve workflow and overall sales team productivity.
