Ready to turn conversations into conversions? Socket is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to connect customers with our high-speed fiber internet. You'll engage through calls, emails, and digital channels—identifying needs, offering tailored solutions, and closing sales with confidence.

This is an in-office position.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Take inbound calls from prospective customers
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers

  • Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
  • Identify customer needs
