What You’ll Do

Grow a results-driven team

• Recruit and develop new agents using Optavise’s structured training system.
• Lead Meet & Greets, mentor agents through pre-field training, and the Into Production Plan (IPP).
• Mentor agents through Leadership Training within 6 weeks of roster date.
• Track team progress and performance within our advanced technology platform.
