This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional with a background in accounting and a passion for accurate financial management. In this position, you’ll play a vital role in supporting impactful construction projects that shape the landscape of Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments and accurate recording of transactions
• Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts receivable, client payments, and outstanding balances
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues with clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with accounting and finance departments to support month-end and year-end close processes
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create detailed reports
