What You’ll Be Doing :

• Invoice Management Extraordinaire : Upload 300+ invoices daily to their respective associations with precision. Ensure the correct amounts are entered for the right associations – your attention to detail will shine here!
• Collaborative  Problem-Solving : Work closely with vendors, Community Association Managers (CAMs), and internal management to maintain professional and efficient communication.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work : Collaborate with other Accounts Payable team members to meet deadlines and handle additional tasks as needed.
• Keep the Pace : Excel in a non-stop, fast-paced environment where there’s never a dull moment. Bring your A-game every day!
