Position Title : Carrier Sales Associate

Location : Remote (Preferred : El Paso, TX; Dallas, TX; Tyler, TX; Shreveport, LA; Charlotte, NC)

Pay Range : $50k / yr, plus bonus potential (negotiable, depending on experience)

Employment Type : Full Time, Direct Hire

Essential Qualifications :

  • Prior wholesale experience in telecom is required
  • Proficient in quoting services up to 1 Gig for aggregator / reseller accounts
  • Strong understanding of Network as a Service (NaaS) offerings, including DIA, Ethernet, wavelength, and leased fiber
  • CRM and systems experience , particularly Salesforce and Excel
  • Familiarity with quoting and pricing tools such as ConnectBase and MasterStream
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% (including 3–4 trade shows per year)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support wholesale / reseller sales  by quoting, updating building lists, and managing existing accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with  telecom resellers and carrier partners
  • Learn and apply internal systems (Salesforce, ConnectBase, MasterStream) to streamline quoting and account management
  • Identify On-net and Near-net fiber  opportunities using mapping tools like Google Earth or IQGeo
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Business Services, Marketing) to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Attend trade shows, site visits, and conferences to represent the company and expand partner relationships
