Senior Product Manager
Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of complex engineering projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale development initiatives, focusing on top-of-funnel user experiences, revenue technologies, and content management systems. Ideal candidates have a strong background in Agile methodologies, CMS platforms, and a proven track record in managing enterprise-level projects.
Responsibilities
- Establish Project Frameworks : Define the structure for executing development projects, fostering team collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Evaluate and Plan Development Tasks : Assess wireframes and designs to determine complexity, then break down tasks, create timelines, and manage project backlogs for the development team.
- Comprehend Technical Specifications : Gain an in-depth understanding of product technicalities, including frontend architecture, CMS implementations, and various integrations such as site search, advertising, APIs, personalization tools, localization, internationalization, and analytics.
- Facilitate Agile Processes : Apply Agile principles and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban to guide delivery, including creating and managing issues in Jira, translating product roadmaps into actionable stories, maintaining backlogs, estimating tasks, and leading Agile ceremonies in collaboration with Client Engagement / Production leads and Technical Directors.
