Patient Pay Specialist

Summary
The Patient Pay Specialist is responsible for managing patient accounts with self-pay balances, billing, collection, account resolution, and communication with patients regarding their financial responsibilities. This role ensures timely and accurate billing and provides excellent customer service to patients regarding billing inquiries.
Base Range : $20 - $22 / hr (DOE)
Location : This position will ideally be based in Plano, TX but is not a requirement
Schedule : (Remote) Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm CST
