A company is looking for a Contracts Manager, Public Sector-Federal / State. Key Responsibilities Manage the contract lifecycle, including proposals, negotiations, and ongoing administration Ensure compliance with government and internal company requirements Draft and revise contractual agreements while advising on compliance with relevant regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including 6 years in Public Sector contracts Experience in Federal and SLED contracting, with knowledge of FAR and GSA Federal Supply Schedules preferred NCMA professional certification (CPCM, CFCM, etc.) is highly desirable Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions and competing priorities Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
