  • Purpose of the Team : The Power Electronics & Test Validation team is looking for an Electrical Engineer specifically with Power Electronics for EV and renewable energy expertise.

Candidate Requirements :

  • Years of Experience Required : 3 overall years of experience in the field.
  • Degrees or certifications required : M. S degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferred.
  • Disqualifiers : N / A
  • Best vs. Average : The ideal resume would contain all preferred skills.
  • Performance Indicators : Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work.

    • Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience :

    1. Strong understanding of low-voltage digital and analog circuits.

    2. Minimum 3 years experience with

  • Strong hands-on and trouble-shooting skills in testing and verifications of electronics low-voltage electronics systems, including the use of lab equipment (oscilloscope, network analyzers, signal analyzers etc.)

    • 3. Minimum 3 years experience with Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

  • Hard Skills Assessment Process : The assessment process will include 2 rounds.

    • Responsibilities and qualifications :

  • Strong understanding of low-voltage digital and analog circuits.
  • Review schematics, PCB designs, calculation and simulation of electronics circuits.
  • Conduct verification and validation tests of high-quality electronics hardware using in automotive applications.
  • Strong hands-on and trouble-shooting skills in testing and verifications of electronics low-voltage electronics systems, including the use of lab equipment (oscilloscope, network analyzers, signal analyzers etc.)
  • Capability to analysis the root-cause of the low-voltage electronics system and drive R&D activities independently.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

    • Preferred qualifications :

  • B. S in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in power electronics development and testing.
  • Solid understanding low-voltage digital and analog circuits fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of automotive and industrial requirements.
