Job Purpose As a Medical Billing Specialist, you will manage member billing, assist with the billing process, and evaluate socioeconomic status to ensure timely and accurate claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, compassionate service
• Review and correct patient bills / statements
• Follow up on unpaid claims and address billing discrepancies
• Submit clean claims and resolve patient billing complaints (30-50 claims per day)
• Evaluate patients' financial status and report delinquent accounts
• Ensure accurate member eligibility
