Job Description

We are seeking military veterans with strong electrical or electronic backgrounds for an outstanding Field Service Technician opportunity with a global leader in advanced manufacturing and laser technology. Your technical training and hands-on experience from the military could make you an ideal fit for this role.

Location : Must live within 2 hours of San Jose or Fremont, CA.

Responsibilities :

  • Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair advanced laser systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues
  • Provide technical training and support to customers
  • Partner with engineers and technical teams to ensure optimal system performance
  • Support customer communication and provide feedback for product improvement

    • Qualifications :

  • Associate’s degree, technical training, or equivalent military experience
  • 3–5 years of experience working with electrical / electronic systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with electrical, mechanical, or photonics equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be comfortable with heavy travel (Monday–Friday with occasional weekends)
