Quality Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector with hands-on experience in Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers and / or Pressure Vessels. This role is critical to ensuring products meet strict industry standards and customer requirements.

Pay : $25 – $32 / hr (DOE)

Hours : Night Shift

This is a safety-sensitive position.

Position Overview

As a Quality Inspector, you will perform inspections, document findings, and work closely with the Quality Inspection Manager to ensure products meet all code and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review radiographs for compliance and quality.
• Perform Penetrant Testing (PT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).
• Certify data reports and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate code and customer inspections, including urgent night jobs.
• Report nonconformities and ensure compliance with applicable codes.
• Monitor welding and manufacturing processes for quality adherence.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials.
• Conduct final inspections prior to shipment.

Requirements :

Tape measures, micrometers, steel rules, T-gauges.
