Position Summary : The Solutions Architect provides a deep understanding of the business goals and objectives, desired business outcomes, capabilities, value streams and processes and links them to the portfolio of solutions, including systems (applications, technologies, processes and information), shared infrastructure and application services. This role collaborates closely with, and provides support to the product owners, product managers, application architects and the development teams throughout the product life cycle to deliver business value using SAFe methodology. Collaborates on the strategic vision for each product within the application domains. Leads the creation of deliverables related to analysis and design of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are aligned with architectural governance and standards. Orchestrates the solutions delivery by providing the necessary leadership to tasks related to the development of an enterprise's solutions architecture, such as governance, creating technology portfolio roadmap and monitoring current state with the ability to support different development approaches. Represents all business units that use products within the function domain and closely collaborates with others throughout the organization.

When You Will Work : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Hybrid schedule in Wyoming, MI. 4 days in office, 1 day remote.

What You'll Bring to the Table :

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant product industry experience at a management level required.

Five to eight years of previous business analysis or software development experience strongly preferred.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must be organized and have strong problem-solving capabilities.

Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment.
