Strong understanding of HVAC principles and system components Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HVAC selection software Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities. EIT or PE license is a plus but not required. Job Title : HVAC Engineer

Summary : We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team. As a manufacturer's representative, you will play a key role in providing engineering support and technical expertise to consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and end-users. This position involves sizing, selecting, and promoting commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, along with delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and equipment selection assistance to engineers, contractors, and architects.
- Interpret project plans and specifications to recommend HVAC products that meet performance and budget requirements.
- Prepare and deliver accurate HVAC system designs, proposals, and submittals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, manufacturers, and internal teams.
- Attend job site meetings and provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
- Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and building codes relevant to HVAC systems.
- Assist in training sessions and lunch & learns for engineers and contractors.
- Support sales team in achieving territory and product line goals.
